CT Walters were responsible for the landlord fitout, internal electrical services and external lighting of this very high spec science park that provided 10 units for tenant fitout. The project included:

• Incoming services and internal lighting

• Distribution board and small power services installed to all 10 units

• External lighting, installed to a high specification and controlled by timeclock and photocell
