Our team refurbished this small ground floor and basement to make a cafe and kitchen, including wiring and power systems. The project involved:

• A refurbishment of a small and very restricted ground floor and basement to make a café and kitchen

• The site was constrained on all sides including the first floor occupied by tennants

• The back street was listed as it had been used in the Harry Potter films

• Works included power, lighting, lighting control system, data, fire alarm, intruder alarm and mechanical wiring
