Bicester Heritage

The electrical project for Bicester Heritage Park included:

• This heritage business park has been provided for the sole purpose to provide a central works base for all heritage car services from exhausts to insurance

• A high spec provision of eight heritage themed industrial / commercial units provided for tenant fitout

• CT Walters installed a 11KV high voltage switchroom to take power for the site from the DNO HV ring and transform to LV for distribution within the site

• CT Walters were responsible for the Landlord fitout, incoming services and external lighting

• Distribution board and small power services installed to all 8 units

• External lighting has been installed to a high specification and controlled by timeclock and photocell
