• Refurbishment of an existing office and canteen to provide contemporary offices, canteen, new kitchen, toilets, meeting rooms, demonstration kitchens and director offices

• The refurbished areas have a great fresh look that provides all operatives up to director level with state of the art facilities of a very high standard

• The COVID pandemic hit during construction which resulted in a thorough design review and the project increasing in size to provide enough space for all facilities

• Considerable and challenging works were required to the existing electrical infrastructure to enable the food production facility to continue its 24hr operation whilst works proceeded in paralell
